Mary’s Center serves multicultural populations throughout the metropolitan Washington, DC region, serving individuals and families who have limited or no access to health-related services. They provide primary and prenatal care to adults and adolescents including physical exams, prenatal care, family planning and sick visits as well as other preventative services.  President Obama recently presented Mary’s Center President and CEO, Maria Gomez, with the 2012 Presidential Citizens Medal Award in recognition of her leadership in delivering exceptional outcomes to disadvantaged populations in an integrated approach to medicine, education and social services.
