September 26: A Discussion on Improving Equitable Outcomes for Children and Families in D.C.

Please join us on Wednesday, September 26 for a discussion on improving equitable outcomes for children and families in Washington, D.C.

Our featured guests will be Derek Hyra, author of Race, Class, and Politics in the Cappuccino City, Parisa Norouzi, Executive Director and Co-founder of EmpowerDC, and Sabiyha Prince, Membership and Political Education Coordinator for EmpowerDC and author of African Americans and Gentrification in Washington, D.C.: Race, Class and Social Justice in the Nation's Capital.
